Description

A flaw was found in the Linux kernel's USB gadget subsystem, specifically within the `u_ether` module. A local user can exploit this vulnerability by using a userspace tool to query a USB gadget interface during a specific detached state. This action can trigger a NULL pointer dereference, potentially causing the system to crash and leading to a denial of service (DoS).
