Description

A flaw was found in the Linux kernel's `sched_ext` component. An incorrect check for migration-disabled tasks on systems without `CONFIG_PREEMPT_RCU` enabled could lead to a task being dispatched to a remote CPU. This can trigger an `scx_error` in `task_can_run_on_remote_rq()`, resulting in a Denial of Service.
