Description

A flaw was found in the Ceph file system component of the Linux kernel. This vulnerability arises from the failure to properly initialize a data structure (ceph_path_info) before its use, specifically when the ceph_mdsc_build_path() function is called. This oversight can lead to system instability and crashes, resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS).
