Description

A flaw was found in the Linux kernel's nouveau/gsp module. This issue involved the frequent triggering of diagnostic WARN_ON messages during ACPI (Advanced Configuration and Power Interface) probes. While these warnings were considered largely benign, their persistent appearance indicated an unnecessary diagnostic output. The flaw has been resolved by removing these superfluous WARN_ON calls, improving system stability and reducing log noise.
