Description

A flaw was found in the Linux kernel's memory management. A race condition in the deferred split queue during memory migration can lead to incorrect handling of memory pages. This issue may allow a local attacker to trigger a system warning, potentially causing system instability or a denial of service (DoS). In some cases, memory pages could also be silently lost from the split queue, further impacting system reliability.
